We
have been blessed with a useful, spacious building
in which to worship and to serve, and for that
we are very grateful! As our church grows and new
ministries are implemented, it is even more important
to be organized in all areas of ministry, including
the scheduling of our facility.
Effective immediately, an improved process is in
place by which rooms/areas needed for various future
events, classes, meetings, etc. must be reserved
through and approved by Amy Pickrell, Office Manager/Treasurer.
Please do not assume that the area that you want
is available without going through the proper procedure,
as we have many activities going on daily in all
areas of our facility
and they are reserved on a "first come, first served"
basis.
You may call Della Hardesty, Communications Secretary
for quick reference regarding what space is available
or follow the link at the left to check the Facility
Calendar. Once you
have determined possible availability, official
requests for room reservations must be submitted
to Amy Pickrell.
