On Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm, the elementary aged children will leave the church and go out into the community (local nursing homes and hospitals). You must have a signed Medical Release and Liability Form in order to go and the forms are available the church office, from Jeremy or here on the website on our "Forms" page by following the "Resources" link at the left.
