by 5:50 p.m. on Sundays
(no earlier) and
must be picked up
in Room 108 no
later than 7:10
p.m. Hopefully this
plan will allow you
to get to your activity
on time. Please
be prompt in
picking up your child!
>Parents
must initial in
the Library Log
before a child
can take resources
home. Please do
not send an older
sibling to pick
up your child,
as we need the parent’s
signature in
the Library Log.
>Please
take care of all
resources. You are
responsible for replacing
any damaged or lost
items that you check
out. Special care
and attention should
be given to DVDs
and videos so that
they will not get
damaged.
>Please
return your items
to the children’s
library (Room 108)
within two weeks
of checking them
out or call Tammy
Harp (453-2951) to
renew them if you
need more time.
>Place
your returns in
the black “Resource
Return” crate
on the library
table. Please do
not reshelf your
items...it will
be done for you. |
