Principles |
- We must continue to win souls to Christ
and disciple them into fully mature followers.
- We acknowledge that we are powerless and that
God is the One responsible for the growth at
North Terrace.
- We will display a Christ-like attitude in all
we do.
- We strive to make everyone feel welcome from
the time they enter the parking lot until the
time they drive away.
- Leaders and members will hold each other accountable
to their spiritual, family and service responsibilities.
- We will acknowledge that we
have four generations at North Terrace and will
create ministries that meet the needs of a
multi-generational church.
- We will ensure that our facility and processes
efficiently serve the people God brings to us
because this builds capacity for growth as God
orchestrates it.
- We will review our ministries on a regular
basis to improve them.
- We will attend worship one time per week, find
a ministry in which to serve and take part in
a discipling opportunity like small groups, Sunday
School or a Bible study group.
- We will use teams to accomplish our goals.
- We will seek internal and external advisors
to help guide us.
