North Terrace Christian Preschool      Thank you for your interest in our Preschool.  Our Preschool program is designed to meet the developmental needs of young children, ages 2 ½ to 6 years old.  We encourage you to come in and visit our school at your convenience.  Enclosed you will find a detailed listing of class options from which to choose.      Our program curriculum includes activities in language arts, math, science, fine motor, gross motor, social development and Christian morals.  We have designed our program in such a way that each child has an opportunity to create, explore and learn problem-solving and personal interaction skills within a caring and Christian environment.  We believe children develop a positive self-concept through a balance of self- and teacher-directed activities.  We strive to enhance each child’s learning experience using their natural curiosity of their surroundings while encouraging exploration of new ideas.  We also offer many special events for the entire family such as field trips, parties, book fairs and programs.      North Terrace Christian Preschool is non-denominational, opening the door to all families, with or without a home church.  We have a fabulous staff with many years of experience and a true love of children.  They are positive Christian role models and provide care that is supportive and responsive to each child’s individual needs.  We strive to create a Christian atmosphere where children can acquire the basic skills to build a foundation for a lifetime of learning while still respecting parents as the primary and most important providers of care.  We only seek to supplement your efforts.       You have the option to enroll your child in a preschool class that runs 8:30-11:30 am or Preschool with Extended Care if your family is in need of child care.  Our Extended Care hours are 7:30 am – 5:30 pm.      I trust this information will assist you in making this important decision.  If we can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to call us.  Once again, thank you for your interest in our school and we look forward to meeting your family.  Enrollment Information Frequently Asked Questions Registration Form Contact for Additional Information 1420 Brandywine Blvd Zanesville, OH 43701 (740) 453-2951 Webmaster Copyright 2006-2010 © North Terrace Church of Christ.
