to Ohio in an attempt to be closer to his
family in Wilmington and to Tammy’s
family in Indianapolis.

- Danny served his home church, the Wilmington
Church of Christ, for nearly ten years
as their Minister to Youth from 1989 to
1998.
- Danny served the Chester Christian Church
in Chester, Virginia from 1998 to 2005

School in Wilmington, Ohio

Bible Seminary.
|
| His
salvation experience . . . |
Danny grew
up in the Christian church and always consider
himself to be a “Christian”,
but it was’t until the summer of
1985, the summer after his senior
year in high school, that he realized
his singing, his life, and his very
being needed to be turned over to
God. It was then that he will
tell you he was saved in every possible
way a person can be saved.
|
| What
it's like working at North Terrace . .
. |
- He wanted to work at NTCOC because
he immediately recognized a leadership
and congregation who wanted more than
the ordinary…he wanted to be
a part of taking ministry to the next
level.
- He oversees the various adult education
facets, gives direction to the overall
assimilation process, is actively
pursuing an effective small group
ministry and mentality for NTCOC,
and preaches for our Sunday evening
service.
|
| What
is his creative background . . . |
- Danny began acting and singing in
musical theatre at a very young age
where he learned to cope with the
stresses and demands of an audience. Danny,
by nature, is a loner and has a shy
side, but his passion for music and
bringing people joy has stretched
him into the very public profession
he finds himself in today.
- Danny began his love for hearing
people laugh at the age of five when
he started doing impersonations of
Edith Bunker, Flip Wilson, Tom Jones,
Paul Lynde, and Engelbert Humperdinck.
|
| How
he stays on top of trends and developments
in the industry . . . |
- Danny’s “industry” is
people. Therefore is spends
plenty of time with people watching
and listening to the various relational,
emotional, and spiritual needs that
are present in their lives.
- He credits his graduate work, books,
and God’s very Spirit in keeping
him fresh and up-to-date.
