| A
little about her family . . . |
She was married
for 24 years and has been divorced for
25. When Doris
and her husband moved to Zanesville,
they lived on Harper Drive and the
kids attended Tri-Valley schools. Her
husband was employed at Conesville
Power Station.
(Doris lived in Japan for 10 months
and in Brazil for 10 months because
her husband's job sent them there. Doris
has two children: Margie
who lives in Cincinnati and is a surgery
scrub tech in the maternity ward, and a
son, Chuck, who is living with her temporarily
after having had three back surgeries.

| Her
involvement at North Terrace . . . |
In January of 1989 she
became aware of North Terrace Church
of Christ through friends and after delving
into the beliefs and statements of the
Church of Christ was baptized and joined
the Church in April of 1989. She
has enjoyed being in the Single Again
group that we had for several years,
the 50 Plus Group, Women’s Bible
Study, and also the Bible Study at the
Inn at North Hills, and of course morning
and evening on Sunday, and Wednesday
evening classes. However,
at the present time with both my son
and granddaughter living with me, it
is difficult to get here as often in
the evenings as I would like.
