

Girls High School Basketball Personal Hygiene Care Items
North Terrace Church of Christ, in partnership with Zanesville Lady Devils Basketball Program, Sulens Dental Studio, and Genesis Healthcare, is organizing a community donation drive to support our local high school girls’ basketball teams.
We are collecting personal care and hygiene items to help equip each team with a supply of essentials that can be stored in their locker rooms for use as needed or taken along during away games. Your contributions will help ensure these student-athletes have access to the personal care items they need throughout the season.
Requested Items Include:
Toothbrushes & travel-size toothpaste, Travel-size mouthwash, Dental floss or picks
Eye drops and contact solution
Travel-size soap or body wash, Travel-size shampoo & conditioner
Travel-size deodorant
Face or cleansing wipes
Moisturizer or lotion
Lip balm
Feminine hygiene products (variety of types and sizes)
Small towels or washcloths
Foot powder or baby powder
Stain remover wipes or sticks
Hair ties

Donations will be accepted from Sunday, October 12th through Sunday, November 9th at the following locations:
North Terrace Church of Christ – 1420 Brandywine Blvd - Monday through Thursday, 9am to 4pm; Sundays from 8:30 - Noon
Zanesville High School – 1701 Blue Avenue - Main Office, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Sulens Dental Studio – 750 Princeton Avenue - Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Senior Adult Gathering - October
Senior Adults, join us for our October Gathering on Tuesday, October 21 from 11 AM to 1 PM. Chris, Luke, and Larry will be presenting our Next Steps experience and talking about joining the church on mission. Lunch with follow for $6 at 12:30 PM. Giving Tree
It's that time for our Annual Giving Tree! Help local families in need by adopting a child for Christmas, in partnership with Children's services, other local foster agencies, and Salvation Army. On Sunday, November 2, you will be able to pick up a packet in the lobby with information on a child in our community whose family needs help getting them gifts for Christmas.

Volunteer at Fostering Hope Respite Night
Our Fostering Hope ministry is excited to host our 8th Respite Night for foster and kinship families in Zanesville and Muskingum County!
Respite Night will be on Saturday, November 8 from 3pm until 7pm for children ages infant through 6th Grade.
We will need volunteers to serve in the nursery with babies, in our preschool wing with preschoolers and with our elementary age kids.
This will be an evening of fun for the children as well as a much needed break for the faithful foster & kinship parents of our community.

Attend Fostering Hope Respite Night
Being a foster or kinship parent can be beautiful and rewarding - it can also be very demanding! We want to offer foster and kinship parents in Muskingum County the opportunity to have a well deserved break!
On Saturday, November 8, 2025 our Fostering Hope ministry is hosting a Respite Night, so that parents and guardians can enjoy a much needed evening to themselves, while their kids have fun in a safe environment.
Programming will be provided for infants through 6th grade. All children from your family within those age groups are eligible to attend. The event is FREE!
Check-in for the event will begin at 3pm and programming will begin at 3:30pm. Pick-ups can begin at 6:30pm to be completed by 7:15pm.

Walk a Mile in My Shoes
Join others from North Terrace and our community to walk in support of Transitions, our local Domestic Violence and Advocacy Center. Our group will be announced and will walk together around the Muskingum County Courthouse in downtown Zanesville.

NT Serves at West M
At North Terrace we believe in the value of “One More Family Strengthened”. On October 3 we have the opportunity to live out this value by serving in the concession stand at the West Muskingum Football game. This is a great way to interact with many students and families in our community.
There are 2 shifts available: 5pm to the end of Halftime (approx. 7:45pm) and 7pm through end of game (includes clean up).
Volunteers do not need to pay to get into the game and West Muskingum will have a couple of their regular concession workers there to guide us.

First Step
If you are new to North Terrace, we want to help you get connected by taking your First Step! Join us after second service on Sunday, September 21 at 11:45 AM for lunch and our First Step experience. Food and Childcare will be provided.

Senior Adult Event - Special Guest Tom Shelton
Join us for our next Senior Adult Gathering on Tuesday, September 16! We’re excited to welcome Tom Shelton as our guest speaker for the day. We'll also have music, fellowship, and a lunch provided for $6.

Fundraiser for NT Food Pantry at Applebee's
Help support the North Terrace Food Pantry on Wednesday, September 10 by eating at Applebee's! If you mention that you are there to support the North Terrace Food Pantry, 25% of the proceeds of your order will go to help us keep our pantry stocked.

Jersey Sunday
Join us on Sunday, September 7 as we kick off our family series, In This Together, with a Jersey Sunday! Any Team, Any Sport, Any Gear! We want to make this Sunday a blast so wear some gear from your favorite sports team. We will have photobooths to take pictures in your gear and our Kids Ministry will be playing some awesome games.

Fall Kick Off
Join us for our Fall Kick Off! On Saturday, September 6 from 4pm to 7pm, we will be hosting a family friendly “Fall Festival” type event as school and football season kick off. We will have food trucks, games, mascots, free hot dogs and cotton candy, raffles, and activities for kids and families! We would love to have you there and also want to invite you to join us the following morning on Sunday as we start a brand new series all about families called “In This Together”.

Men's Breakfast
Guys, join us on Saturday, September 6 at 9 AM for our Men's Prayer Breakfast! We do these monthly on the first Saturday of each month.

Men's Bible Study - Three Gospels
Our Wednesday evening Men's Bible Study is kicking back off on September 3! We will be starting with an 11 week series on the Three Gospels. Join us on Wednesdays at 6 PM in room 116. If you are interested, please email kevin.eby@ntcoc.org to let Kevin know you will be there.

Lace Up For Kids
Eastside Community Ministry is once again hosting their "Lace Up for Kids" campaign, along with the support of local businesses, to help ensure that local students in need can start the school year in a new pair of tennis shoes. Students also receive a brand new outfit and the opportunity for a free haircut, among other things.
North Terrace is excited to partner with ECM by providing volunteers on Tuesday, August 5. Shifts are from 9AM to Noon, 1PM to 3PM or 3PM to 5PM.
The event will take place at the Colony Square Mall. Volunteers will work in pairs and must be out of high school. Volunteers will help students find and try on shoes and have the opportunity to connect with these students and their families! Sign up by July 25!

Celebrate Recovery One Year Celebration
We can’t believe it’s already been a year since Celebrate Recovery launched at North Terrace, and we want to mark the occasion with a big celebration! Bring your family and friends and join us on Monday, August 4, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM on the front lawn.
There will be something for everyone - games, music, delicious food, and plenty of fun for all ages. Whether you’ve been part of Celebrate Recovery from the beginning or you’re just curious to learn more, we’d love to have you join us for this special evening!

NT Students - Worship Night
Middle and High School students: Join us for a Night of Worship! August 3rd, 6:30-8:00. The night will be full of worship and a short message! Be sure to invite a friend!!

NT Students - Paint Wars
Are you ready for our annual Paint Wars? Middle and High school students, join us for an awesome evening full of paint balloons, color chalk, and color blasts. Make sure to wear white and join us on Sunday, July 27 from 6:30-8 PM!

NT Students - End of Day Camp Inflatables Party
Middle and High School students, we want to celebrate an awesome week of day camp with our middle and high school volunteers and any other students that want to join. There will be lots of inflatables, kickball, nine-square and more! Join us from 3:30-6:30 PM, in the church lawn.

Thank you for your interest in serving at our 2025 NT Kids Summer Day Camp! This year our theme is “Live It Out: Discover How to Love Like Jesus”.
Volunteers are needed to serve in a variety of areas. Whether you can serve all day, everyday - or for just a couple of hours - there is an opportunity for you!

NT Students Trip to Lake Point Aquatic Center
Students, join us for a trip to Lake Point Aquatic Center in Coshocton! We will be riding water slides and spending time at the pool on Wednesday, July 9! We will leave from the church at 10:30 AM and arrive back around 5:30 PM PM. Sign up here by July 2. You will still need to bring $7 dollars for entry and money for lunch and snacks.

CIY Mix
CIY Mix is a week-long conference for middle school students with exciting worship music, powerful speakers, meaningful small group time, and LOTS of fun. It is by far the best week of our year and is the primary place we see students take HUGE steps in their faith! If there's one thing you want your student to do with us this year, this is it.

Join us on Wednesday, June 18 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM for New Horizon Senior Adult Retreat. This year's theme is Stand Firm. Cost is $40 per person. This includes Breakfast and Lunch.

CIY Move is a week-long conference for high school students with exciting worship music, powerful speakers, meaningful small group time, and LOTS of fun. It is by far the best week of our year and is the primary place we see students take HUGE steps in their faith! If there's one thing you want your student to do with us this year, this is it.

NT Students Trip to Cedar Point
Students, join us for a trip to Cedar Point! We will be riding rides and hanging out on Wednesday, June 4! We will leave from the church at 7 AM and arrive back around 11 PM. Sign up here for planning purposes. You will still need to purchase your own ticket and any add-ons online ahead of time here. Tickets are $50. Sign up by May 28.

NT Students Game Night
Middle and High School Students, join us for a Game Night on Friday, May 23 from 8-11 PM. Bring your favorite board games, game systems and screens. We'll have snacks and drinks. Invite your friends too!

Families, the Sunday after Easter we will be kicking off a family Bible reading challenge. Sunday, April 27, Pre-k - 5th grade kids will get to adopt a "Bible Buddy" to read with.

Easter Clean Up
Help us spruce up for Spring and get the church ready for Easter! We'll have a bunch of indoor and outdoor projects lined up. This will be a great opportunity to roll up your sleeves, and there will be plenty to do for all ages. Bring some work gloves, outdoor tools like rakes, leaf blowers, and weed eaters!

Men's Prayer Breakfast
Our next Men's Breakfast will be on Saturday, April 12 in conjunction with our Easter Prep and Clean Up day from 9 AM until Noon. We would love to have you join us!
