What we believe
about giving…
God wants our hearts, not our money.
Before God asks for your gift, he asks for your heart.
Give your heart and generosity follows in all ways.
Matthew 6:21 - For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
For us, not from us.
God is generous in grace and mercy to us so we can be generous in grace and mercy towards others.
When we are generous we are free. Free to experience joy. Free to experience a harvest of growth in our discipleship journey.
Luke 6:38 - Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
Keep Growing.
God uses the command to tithe to give us a path to obedience.
God invites us to trust Him in all things. As we grow in faith we give Him more of our heart, our mind, our body, and our resources.
Malachi 3:10 - Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, “I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won’t have enough room to take it in! Try it! Put me to the test!

Your money goes to reaching ONE MORE person for Jesus. Whether it’s creating a seat for someone to sit in, hosting an event where someone hears about Jesus for the first time, or providing warm coffee every Sunday, it all goes toward reaching ONE MORE.

A tithe—which just means “tenth”—is defined as the first 10% of a person’s income. God uses the command to tithe to give us a path to obedience. He invites us to trust Him in all things. We know tithing is a huge step of obedience, but you’re not in this alone!
